SYMPHONIC WINDS
The Symphonic Winds are the most advanced level concert band in the Poly Music Program. Meeting daily at 7:50am, the ensemble performs advanced-level music from the concert band repertoire and also provides the wind section for the Symphony and Chamber Orchestras. Poly’s Symphonic Winds Ensemble is comprised of some of the finest high school musicians found anywhere in the Long Beach Unified School District. In fact, many of these same musicians also participate in the All-Southern California Honor Band, which draws from the best high school band musicians in all of Southern California.
